Lingonberry


 These red berry bombs are full of special polyphenols and powerful taste with crispy astringency. As you probably know, each berry strain have their own polyphenol profile. Lingonberries are filled with anthocyanins, proanthocyanins, lignans and resveratrol, the “red wine polyphenol”.

Lingonberries - the Nordic cousins of cranberries - are good for your health. In a clinical study, crushed lingonberries lowered the levels of insulin after the meal rich in starch and white wheat. Promising effects on blood pressure, vascular function, low-grade inflammation and weight management together with enhanced fat levels were seen with lingonberry products in experimental studies.
