Wild bilberry

 

Bilberries – dark diamonds of the Finnish forests. During the Nordic light summer, bilberries produce unique composition of powerful polyphenol nutrients, anthocyanins. Together with anthocyanins and other polyphenols, bilberries are filled with vitamins C, E and A along with essential minerals.

Clinical research have shown that bilberries have promising effects on eye health, glucose metabolism and also vascular health improvements have been seen in clinical studies.
